ST REGIS HOTEL BOUTIQUE

The St. Regis Hotel approached us to create joint public and private subdivisions within one space on their ground floor, to serve as both a parcel room and fine gifts shop. The parcel room portion should facilitate privacy while receiving, storing, and shipping packages and luggage for guests. Alternately, the shop required a public-facing design to sell various sundries, alongside more upscale goods and St Regis merchandise.

To accommodate the contrasting needs within a combined space, we created two opposing entrances with a central division, allowing for both a gallery-style front of house for sales, and a more private back of house for operations.
